The two things Leonnie knew she wanted for her wedding were an over-water ceremony and an informal non-seated dinner reception. We selected the perfect venue for her, with two levels. Downstairs was the panoramic infinity pool and lawn for the ceremony, cocktails and the party. Upstairs was the coved main house for dining and speeches. Leonnie’s mood board was crisp whites, transparent touches and tropical greens. We used white phalaenopsis for the floral pieces, white furniture and cloths and clear tiffany chairs to give the whole thing a nice, clean look. Cake cutting was scheduled at sundown on the pool platform to make the most of the stunning backdrop of Bophut bay. After dark was made sparkly with fairy light curtains and large candles. We worked with furniture already within the villa, and added our own white lounge sets and tall cocktail tables and stools, to give varied and laid back seating options while guests enjoyed the incredible food. Dinner service was presented as stations for the guests to move around and explore. White cloths, drapery and fresh leaves continued the styling theme. Dancing (and swimming!) ensued once speeches were over and dessert served at a station at party level for guests to take as their main courses settled. This was a very lovely wedding for a very lovely couple.
